Features:
Clutch & Hand Braking
The clutch is responsible for transferring the power of the engine
to the synchronous movement of the outer cone-shaped block, which
is done through the pulley or elastic coupling device. In the
middle position, it is the disengagement position.
Attention: There are two bearings 6205-2Z and 51110 present in the clutch. It
is highly advisable to replace these bearings every 1000 hours or
to replace them based on the actual operation. Before assembling,
remember to fill them with lithium grease.
Gearbox
The gearbox consists of a shift section, a brake section, and a
deceleration section. The shifting part is transformed into three
forward gears and a reverse gear, done using high precision
carburizing gear. The power is passed to the clutch shaft through
the reduction gear. As for the machine's brake, it uses an
overrunning clutch with automatic braking function.
Coupled with the aforementioned clutch handle control of the hand
brake, the machine comes equipped with two sets of brake devices to
ensure the safety of construction. Lastly, the deceleration part
consists of a three-stage reduction gear that carries out large
transmission ratio, small size, and light weight.
