The Three Tons Dual-Bull Wheel Winch is specifically designed and
manufactured to meet the demands of line construction. This
versatile machine is particularly useful in field construction, as
it is capable of serving as an ideal traction and lifting machine.
Its primary function is to assist in erecting pylons, laying
traction wires, and performing stringing and other operations for
electricity, post, and telecommunications lines.
The double capstan structure of this winch results in minimal
damage to the wire rope, making it an extremely popular choice
among power sector and construction units in China, as well as with
our customers all around the world.
Features:
Clutch & Hand Braking
The clutch is responsible for transferring the power of the engine
to the movement of the outer cone-shaped block, which is done
through the pulley or elastic coupling device. The disengagement
position is located at the middle position. Please note that there
are two bearings, namely, 6205-2Z and 51110, in the clutch. It is
recommended to replace the bearings every 1000 hours or based on
the actual operation. Please make sure to fill the clutch with
lithium grease before assembling.
Gearbox
The gearbox consists of three sections, namely, the shift section,
brake section, and deceleration section. The shift section
transforms into three forward gears and one reverse gear using high
precision carburizing gear. The power is then transmitted to the
clutch shaft through the reduction gear. We utilize the overrunning
clutch as the machine's brake, which comes with automatic braking
function. With the clutch handle control of the hand brake in
place, the machine has two sets of brake devices to ensure
construction safety.
The deceleration part is made up of a three-stage reduction gear,
which is responsible for carrying out large transmission ratios,
small sizes, and light weights.
