Features:
Clutch & Hand Braking
The clutch is responsible for transferring the power of the engine
to the synchronous movement of the outer cone-shaped block. This is
achieved through the pulley (or elastic coupling device). The
middle position of the clutch is known as the disengagement
position.
Attention: There are two bearings (6205-2Z and 51110) within the clutch. It
is advisable to replace the bearings every 1000 hours or based on
actual operation. Be sure to fill with lithium grease before
assembling.
Gearbox
The gearbox is made up of three sections: shift section, brake
section, and deceleration section.
The shift section is transformed into three forward gears and one
reverse gear through the use of high precision carburizing gear.
The power is transferred to the clutch shaft through the reduction
gear. The machine's brake is an overrunning clutch with automatic
braking function.
In addition to the clutch handle control, the machine also has a
hand brake as a second set of device to ensure construction safety.
The deceleration section consists of a three-stage reduction gear,
which carries out a large transmission ratio, small size, and is
lightweight.
