Features:
Clutch & Hand Braking
The clutch is responsible for transferring the power from the
engine to the outer cone-shaped block through the pulley or elastic
coupling device. The middle position of the clutch is the
disengagement position. To maintain the efficiency of the clutch,
it is essential to replace the bearings 6205-2Z and 51110 every
1000 hours or based on actual operational needs. Assemble with
lithium grease to ensure smooth functioning.
Attention: Ensure that you replace the bearings periodically. We recommend
1000 hours of operation as a guide.
Gearbox
The gearbox is divided into three sections: shift, brake, and
deceleration. Through high precision carburizing gears, the shift
section can be transformed into three forward gear and a reverse
gear. The reduction gear passes the power to the clutch shaft. We
use an overrunning clutch as the machine's brake, which has
automatic braking functions. Additionally, the machine has two sets
of brake devices: the aforementioned clutch handle control and the
handbrake to ensure construction safety.
The deceleration part consists of a three-stage reduction gear,
which carries out a large transmission ratio, small size, and light
weight for ease of use and efficiency.
