Features:
Clutch & Hand Braking
The clutch is responsible for transferring the power of the engine
to the synchronous movement of the outer cone-shaped block through
the pulley or elastic coupling device. The middle position of the
clutch is the disengagement position.
It is important to note that there are two bearings, 6205-2Z and
51110, in the clutch. It is recommended to replace the bearing
every 1000 hours or based on actual operation. Before assembling,
fill the clutch with lithium grease.
Gearbox
The gearbox is composed of a shift section, a brake section, and a
deceleration section.
The shift section converts the power to three forward gears and one
reverse gear with the help of high precision carburizing gear. The
power is then passed to the clutch shaft through the reduction
gear.
As a safety measure, an overrunning clutch is used as the machine's
brake. It has an automatic braking function to ensure safety.
The hand brake is controlled by the clutch handle and provides a
secondary safety brake. The deceleration section comprises
three-stage reduction gear, which results in large transmission
ratio, small size, and light weight.
