Features:
Clutch & Hand Braking
The clutch is responsible for transferring the power from the
engine to the synchronous movement of the outer cone-shaped block,
which is achieved through the pulley or elastic coupling device.
The disengagement position is located in the middle position of the
clutch.
Please note that there are two bearings in the clutch, which are
6205-2Z and 51110. It is recommended to replace the bearings every
1000 hours or based on the actual operation. Lithium grease should
be used to fill the bearings before assembling.
Gearbox
The gearbox consists of three sections, which are the shift
section, the brake section, and the deceleration section.
The shifting part is transformed into three forward gears and a
reverse gear, achieved through high precision carburizing gear. The
power is then passed to the clutch shaft through the reduction
gear. We use an overrunning clutch as the machine's brake, which
provides an automatic braking function. This, coupled with the
aforementioned clutch handle control of the hand brake, means that
the machine has two sets of brake devices to ensure construction
safety.
The deceleration section is made up of a three-stage reduction
gear, which has a large transmission ratio, small size, and light
weight.
